Being homeless ain't so bad

So, today our home sale is finalized and we sold our mini-van.  As a result, we officially own almost nothing.  We're officially homeless, we're "in between jobs" and we don't even have a mini-van that we can sleep in down by the river.
The good news is, like any industrious hobo, we have found a place in which to slum.  The "Occupy Dave and Teri English's Place" movement is in full effect.  We have taken over my father in-laws and step-mother-in-laws B&B.  They have been kind enough to leave Canada and let us stay in their home.  We are eating their food, drinking their beer (the kids are cleaning out their soft drinks), soaking in their hot tub and drifting off into a peaceful slumber while somehow managing to feel sorry for ourselves and our current "predicament".

I've heard some people say that getting rid of all of your possessions is supposed to somehow make you feel free, like lifting the great weight of the things that you own off of you; like no longer being owned by your possessions.  Honestly, that's not how I feel.  Instead, I feel like I lost my favorite sweater.  So, if you want to help us in our time of need we will accept donations but only in cold, hard Australian currency.  No sweaters please.
